At Dry Oasis, we want you to love what you ordered. If something's not right, we'll fix it.
We offer refunds for:
Items that arrived damaged or defective.
Orders we got wrong (wrong design, incorrect item, etc.).
What you need to do:
Contact us within 30 days of your purchase date.
Email dryoasisdesign@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Include a photo if it's a damage/defect issue.
We'll get back to you quickly and make it right; whether that's a refund, replacement, or another solution that works for you.
Important notes:
Items need to be unused and in the condition you received them.
We can't accept returns for size issues, please check our size charts before ordering.
We can't accept returns on items that have been worn or washed (unless they're defective).
