What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We’re so sorry about that! Please contact us at dryoasisdesign@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and include a photo of the issue. We'll send you a replacement free of charge.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders are processed quickly, so we can't guarantee changes or cancellations. If you need help, contact us ASAP and we’ll do our best!

I made a mistake with my shipping address. Can I update it?

Contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet, we’ll update the address. If it has, we won’t be able to make changes.

I didn’t receive my order confirmation. What should I do?

Check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, email us and we’ll resend it for you.
