That's frustrating, and we're sorry it happened. Email us at dryoasisdesign@gmail.com within 30 days of getting your order and include a photo of the issue. We'll send you a replacement—no charge, no hassle.
🌵 Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We move fast on orders, so we can't guarantee changes or cancellations. But reach out to dryoasisdesign@gmail.com ASAP and we'll see what we can do.
🌵 I made a mistake with my shipping address. Can I update it?
Contact us immediately at dryoasisdesign@gmail.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can fix it. If it's already out the door, we're stuck—but we'll help you figure out next steps.
🌵 I didn't receive my order confirmation. What should I do?

Not yet, but we're working on it. Right now we're US-only while we nail down the basics, like making sure every shirt is as comfortable as we promise and actually arrives when it's supposed to. Stay tuned.

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days after an order is placed. Processing times may vary during peak periods.
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 4-8 business days, depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.
🌵 How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Orders over $75 get free shipping, because we appreciate the commitment.
🌵 What's your return and exchange policy?
If something arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, we'll make it right. You've got 30 days to reach out to dryoasisdesign@gmail.com. The item needs to be unused and in the condition you received it. We're here to help, not create obstacles.
